Cue the Basil Poledouris music score (below)!
1982 saw Conan The Barbarian debut on the big screen and bring world-wide fame and attention to the Austrian "Oak" -- known as Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Schwarzenegger's demeanor and muscles on the big screen were a hit with audiences everywhere. Eventually, Arnold would go on to do the sequel, Conan The Destroyer, and sort of spin-off with Red Sonja.
As seen in the post-credits sequence, Conan was revealed to go on to become King Conan, with audiences heavily anticipating the third movie to complete the trilogy.
However, Arnold would take his career in a different direction and become Hollywood's leading action hero with Terminator, Commando, Predator, Running Man and T2.
From there, Arnold went on to do a few comedies, some more action movies, and eventually wound up as the governor of California.
Now, Arnold Schwarzenegger - at 65 years young - is returning to the big screen and it looks as if he is returning to his roots.
